Philippines HR Employee Absence-Return Record
Coordinate return-to-work evidence without turning an expected date into a confirmed status.
A return record identifies the worker reference, absence period, expected return date, received evidence, current state, and decision owner. An expected date can change, and an attendance entry does not by itself establish that the person has completed the required return process.
An administrator can reconcile approved absence records with the return intake, flag a missing confirmation, and route a time-sensitive question. HR or management decides status, accommodation, communication, and any applicable exception.
Keep the original expectation, later confirmation, and downstream update distinct. Record changes with dates and restrict sensitive supporting details to the approved system.
