Philippines HR Employee Contact Preference Review
Keep contact preferences useful by recording scope, confirmation, and owner review instead of guessing from past messages.
A contact-preference record identifies the worker reference, channel, scope, stated preference, confirmation date, and owner. A person who answers one message by phone has not necessarily asked for every future notice to use that channel.
An administrator can capture the stated choice, check its scope, and route a conflict between systems. HR or the employee-data owner decides official handling, sensitive communications, and access.
Use the narrowest scope that works. Date changes and preserve the original request so a later update does not erase the reason the preference was recorded.
