Philippines HR Employee Credential Expiry Review
Surface expiring credential records while leaving eligibility, suspension, and renewal decisions with the responsible owner.
An expiry review records the worker reference, credential type, issuing source, expiry date, verification state, notice date, and accountable owner. A date in a spreadsheet is a prompt for review, not proof that a credential remains valid or that work must stop.
An administrator can reconcile the approved credential list, check source references, and route an approaching or conflicting date. HR, compliance, or the operational owner decides renewal, eligibility, restriction, and communication.
Keep the source evidence separate from the reminder queue and record the review date. Mask document numbers in broad reports and preserve the owner’s decision as a new event.
