Philippines HR Employee Exit-Interview Record
Handle exit-interview records with clear consent, limited access, and separation between notes and employment decisions.
An exit-interview record identifies the worker reference, interview date, participant, consent or sharing scope, note location, and owner. A manager’s recollection is not the same as the employee’s submitted response and should not be merged without care.
An administrator can schedule the interview, store the response in the approved location, and route a missing permission or urgent issue. HR or management decides confidentiality, follow-up, retention, and any employment action.
Keep raw responses separate from a short operational summary. Limit the audience and record later actions as dated events so the notes do not quietly become an unsupported conclusion.
