Philippines HR Employee File Correction Register
Make employee-file corrections reviewable by preserving the original value, evidence, and approval trail.
A correction register records the worker reference, field, original value reference, proposed value, evidence source, request date, reviewer, and state. A plausible correction should remain a request until the authorized owner approves it.
A records administrator can check the submission, compare supporting evidence, identify a duplicate, and route a conflict. HR or the data owner decides whether the field changes, when it takes effect, and who may be notified.
Do not erase the prior value when history matters. Link the request, approval, and completed update as separate events and restrict the underlying evidence to its approved audience.
