Philippines HR Employee Final Document Checklist
Use a final-document checklist to identify missing records without promising that a file is complete before owner review.
A final-document checklist identifies the worker reference, record class, required source, current state, missing item, review owner, and due point. A checked box should point to evidence, not stand in for it.
A records coordinator can reconcile the checklist with approved locations, flag duplicates, and route a missing source. HR, payroll, or the document owner decides completeness, disclosure, retention, and any exception.
Keep checklist status separate from document content. Record the reviewer and date for each completed check so a later user can tell whether the status is current.
