Philippines HR Employee Policy Acknowledgment Review
Review policy acknowledgments by connecting the delivered version, response evidence, and responsible owner.
An acknowledgment review should identify the worker reference, policy version, delivery method, delivery date, response state, and owner. A file view, meeting attendance, or generic reminder should not be represented as a completed acknowledgment without the required evidence.
An onboarding administrator can compare the issued roster with responses, identify an ambiguous record, and route an approved reminder. The employer decides the requirement, refusal handling, effective treatment, and meaning of the response.
Keep delivered versions immutable and link each response to the version received. If a policy changes, open a new acknowledgment event rather than changing the history of the old one.
