Philippines HR Employee Pronoun Record
Handle employee pronoun information respectfully while separating a request from approved directory changes.
A pronoun record identifies the worker reference, requested display value, submission channel, received date, systems in scope, and owner. It should not infer identity from a name, title, or older record, and it should not copy personal context into an unnecessary queue.
An administrator can check the request for completeness, identify the directories that may need review, and route an exception. HR or the employee-data owner decides the approved handling, access, effective time, and communication.
Limit the field to people and systems that need it. Retain the request and the completed change as separate dated events so a later reviewer can distinguish what was requested from what was actually updated.
