Philippines HR Employee Request Aging Review
Review aging employee requests by next action and decision owner before delays become invisible.
An aging review groups requests by received date, type, current owner, next action, dependency, sensitivity, and promised follow-up. Age alone does not explain a delay, so record whether the item is waiting for evidence, a decision, a provider, or the employee.
A Philippines-based administrator can reconcile the queue, send a factual status update, and escalate a missed owner. HR or the manager decides priority, policy treatment, sensitive response, and when an item is complete.
Use a dated next-action field rather than moving old requests into a new queue. Close the loop with the final source or owner response, and keep any reopened request linked to its earlier history.
Review the oldest items by state, not just by age. A request waiting for an employee document needs a different message from one waiting for an HR decision, and neither should be marked complete because a reminder was sent.
Aging review is useful when every row ends with a named owner and dated next action. Keep sensitive details in the approved record and expose only the status needed to coordinate the follow-up.
