Philippines HR Employee Status-Change Register
Preserve status changes as dated events with an authoritative source instead of silently changing a roster label.
A status-change register records the worker reference, prior status, proposed status, effective date, source decision, affected systems, and owner. A roster label or announcement can signal a change but should not replace the approved record.
A records administrator can compare status history with downstream systems, identify a mismatch, and route it with source evidence. HR or management decides status, effective treatment, notices, and any exception.
Never overwrite the prior status when sequence matters. Record owner confirmation separately from the time a coordinator noticed the discrepancy so the history remains understandable.
