Philippines HR Employee Work-Authorization File Check
Organize work-authorization evidence for owner review without making an eligibility decision from an incomplete file.
A file check records the worker reference, document type, source, received date, expiry or review date when applicable, verification state, and owner. A document in a folder is not proof that it is current, sufficient, or accepted for the intended purpose.
A records coordinator can check the packet against the approved checklist, mask unnecessary copies, and route a missing or conflicting item. HR, legal, or the designated compliance owner decides verification, eligibility, retention, and communication.
Keep the source evidence restricted and expose only the review state in the queue. Record a new verification event when the owner completes the check rather than changing the original intake record.
