Philippines HR Employee Work-Location Record
Keep work-location records traceable without treating a planning note as an approved employment arrangement.
A work-location record should include the worker reference, location category, effective date, approval source, systems affected, review owner, and open question. A calendar invitation or manager message can describe intent without proving that the arrangement is approved or current.
A coordinator can compare the approved roster with directory and scheduling records, surface mismatches, and prepare a review list. HR or management decides the arrangement, exceptions, notices, and any downstream employment treatment.
Preserve prior and new values with effective dates. Keep detailed location information restricted and use a stable reference in general reports so operational visibility does not become unnecessary disclosure.
