Philippines HR Hiring Evidence Packet Review
Check a hiring packet for completeness while keeping candidate decisions and employment approvals with the responsible owner.
A hiring packet review records the candidate reference, role, required item, source, received date, current state, and reviewer. A file being present does not prove that it is approved, current, or sufficient for a hiring decision.
A Philippines-based recruiting coordinator can compare the packet with the approved checklist, identify a missing item, and prepare a status note. The hiring manager or HR owner decides selection, exceptions, eligibility, and what information must be retained.
Use a restricted source for personal documents and a limited status in the recruiting queue. Record resubmissions as new events so a corrected file does not erase the earlier request or review.
Check the packet in stages: identity and role reference, required evidence, conflicting fields, and owner review. A candidate may have supplied a document that is legible but belongs to another version of the process, so the checklist should name the applicable requirement and date.
A useful status note says what is present, what is missing, and who must decide next. It should never turn “packet complete” into a selection signal or expose document contents in a broad recruiting queue.
