Philippines HR New-Hire Start-Date Check
Confirm start-date details across the approved hiring record before a new employee receives a first-day message.
A start-date check should list the worker reference, approved start date, role, manager, work location, required accounts, and source record. A tentative date in an email is not the same as a confirmed date in the hiring record.
An onboarding coordinator can compare the approved record with the welcome note, calendar, and account request, then flag a mismatch. HR or the manager decides the effective date, changes, notices, and any exception.
Keep the requested date, confirmed date, and later change as separate events. That small distinction prevents a stale calendar entry from becoming the version everyone treats as authoritative.
