Philippines HR Policy Version Register
Track the policy version used by a Philippines-based support role so old guidance does not remain in circulation.
A policy register identifies the policy subject, approved version, effective date, source location, affected workflow, owner, and retirement state. A file with a newer filename is not enough if the approval or effective date is unclear.
A Philippines-based employment administrator can check links and workflow references, flag an outdated copy, and route a replacement request. The employer or HR owner approves wording, interpretation, exceptions, and communications.
Keep retired versions available to authorized reviewers and label them clearly. Record when a workflow changed so a later question can be answered from the version that was active at the time.
When a workflow points to a policy, record the exact version and effective date rather than linking to a folder that may change. If two versions are in circulation, pause the affected preparation step and ask the owner which source controls.
A register should distinguish draft, approved, active, and retired. The administrator can find broken links and stale references; the owner decides the policy content and whether a communication or training update is required.
