Philippines HR Role Access Recertification
Review a Philippines-based support role’s permissions against current duties before access quietly expands.
An access recertification list should show the role, system, permission level, task requiring it, last review, system owner, and action. A person retaining access from an earlier assignment is not evidence that the access remains necessary.
A Philippines-based administrator can inventory permissions, compare them with the approved role brief, and prepare removals or questions. The system owner, security lead, or manager decides approval, exceptions, and timing.
Review after a scope change and on a stated cadence. Keep evidence of the decision and completion, and use named accounts so a later reviewer can connect a permission to a person and task.
Compare actual permission names with the task that requires them; a broad group membership can hide several unrelated capabilities. If the role now handles only records preparation, flag a write or export permission that was inherited from an earlier assignment instead of assuming it is still needed.
Recertification is not complete when a manager says “keep it.” Record the systems reviewed, the decision for each exception, the person who applied a removal or change, and the date the result was checked.
