Philippines HR Source Record Reconciliation
Reconcile employee-support fields across approved systems without choosing a master value by guesswork.
A source-record reconciliation names the field, systems compared, source dates, values or masked references, mismatch type, and review owner. Two systems agreeing does not prove that either one is authoritative for the decision at hand.
A Philippines-based records administrator can compare approved sources, document the mismatch, and prepare a correction request. HR, payroll, or the system owner decides which source controls, what evidence is needed, and when a downstream update is safe.
Preserve the comparison and the final owner decision as separate records. Use the narrowest data view needed for the queue, and record the effective date so later reports do not mix values from before and after the correction.
Compare like with like: the same worker reference, field definition, effective period, and source purpose. An address used for contact may not answer the question for payroll or access, so record the reason each system was included.
A correction packet should show the mismatch, evidence considered, proposed next step, and decision owner. After the owner decides, record the downstream confirmation separately so reconciliation does not claim that a request was implemented.
