Philippines HR Workforce Report Definition Sheet
Define workforce-report fields before a Philippines-based administrator prepares recurring people-operations reports.
A definition sheet names each field, source system, period, filter, calculation, refresh owner, reviewer, and known limitation. A report that looks consistent can still mislead when two users count active employees or leave differently.
A Philippines-based reporting administrator can apply the definitions, document exceptions, and prepare a review version. The employer or HR owner decides the business meaning, approves changes, and interprets results for a decision.
Version the definitions with the report. When a source or rule changes, show the effective date and preserve the prior output so comparisons do not silently mix different measures.
Write one worked example for each calculation, including the period boundary and treatment of missing data. If “active” excludes a future start or includes a person on leave, that choice belongs in the definition rather than in an analyst’s memory.
A review copy should show the source period, refresh date, exceptions, and reviewer questions. The administrator can explain how the figures were assembled; the owner decides what the measure means for an employment decision.
