Confirm Interview Times Across Manila and Hiring-Team Calendars
Prevent scheduling errors with one timestamp, explicit zones, and a final acceptance check.
Write the interview as one event with a stable identifier. Show the local date, local time, and named time zone for the candidate and every interviewer; avoid ambiguous abbreviations such as CST.
Compare the invitation with the recruiting system and panel calendars. Confirm candidate response, panel acceptance, meeting link, and a contact for access trouble one business day before the call.
Keep the source record intact. Add corrections as dated events, store private details only in the approved restricted system, and give every unresolved item a named owner and next-check date.
Scheduling support can prepare, compare, remind, and escalate. The hiring owner decides panel composition, accommodations, evaluation, and whether an incomplete panel should proceed.
Close the work only when the accepted evidence and resulting system state agree. A finished checklist proves that the review happened; it does not prove that an employment, pay, access, or policy decision was correct.
