Philippines Performance Review Scheduling Control

Schedule performance reviews with a defined population, ownership, privacy, and completion evidence.

Published September 1, 2026. Review scheduling is an administrative control around an employment process, not the review itself. A coordinator can maintain dates and evidence while managers retain assessment and employment decisions.

Start from an approved population. Record employee identifier, review period, manager, participants, due date, template version, and restricted record location rather than inferring inclusion from a directory.

Treat preparation, employee input, manager review, meeting, acknowledgment, and follow-up as separate events. A calendar invitation does not prove a review happened or was accepted.

Keep ratings, medical context, compensation, and disciplinary notes out of general calendars. Escalate missing managers, changed reporting lines, disputed population, and backdating requests.

Close only with required evidence or a named exception. Report excluded, reassigned, late, and unknown cases beside completed events without exposing confidential substance.
