Scope and operating boundary

Published September 1, 2026. A training register shows what was assigned, delivered, acknowledged, tested, or renewed. Attendance alone does not prove understanding, skill, compliance, or safe performance.

Record worker identifier, course version, assigning owner, reason, due date, delivery method, completion standard, evidence location, renewal rule, and exception owner.

Workflow and evidence controls

Define completion by course: attendance, acknowledgment, assessment, demonstration, or manager observation. Do not replace one event with another merely because a learning platform shows green.

A coordinator may update schedules and route questions but cannot waive required training. Reconcile the expected population against platform and manager evidence, preserving duplicates and unknowns.

Quality review and exceptions

Report the denominator, cutoff, exclusions, and evidence standard. Keep accommodation details restricted and review access to the register whenever duties change.
